Betrayal Trauma Support

Come Walk with Me (for Individuals & Groups)

A Betrayal Trauma Support Group for Women

Betrayal hurts. Going through it alone adds to our suffering.

Discovering a partner’s infidelity, pornography use, sex addiction, or other problematic sexual behaviors can leave you feeling disoriented, unsafe, and unsure how to move forward. While every story is unique, the pain of betrayal is deeply shared—and healing happens when we’re not carrying the pain alone.

Come Walk With Me is a trauma-informed support group for women healing from betrayal. Led by Sharree Jensen, LMFT, APSATS CCPS, this group offers warmth, safety, structure, and community as you begin moving toward healing and growth.

You Belong Here

In the aftermath of betrayal, many women feel:

  • Overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flooded
  • Stuck in cycles of rumination or self-doubt
  • Unsure what steps to take next
  • Isolated or misunderstood by others

This group isn’t about rushing your healing or telling you what to do. It’s about walking alongside you, offering education, connection, and support as you find your footing again.

Whether the betrayal happened recently or years ago—whether you’re still in the relationship, have left, or are in a new one—you belong here. Healing has no timeline.

Who This Group Is For

This group is for women (18+) experiencing trauma related to a partner’s:

  • A partner’s emotional or physical affair
  • Sexual betrayal or sex addiction
  • Pornography use
  • Other unwanted or deceptive sexual behaviors

Whether you are staying in the relationship, have ended the relationship, or anywhere in the messy middle, you belong. This space is for you, and about you and your healing.

A Long-Term, Trauma-Informed Approach

Betrayal trauma healing takes time. This course is intentionally designed to offer long-term support, allowing space to integrate learning, process emotions, and receive steady encouragement through the natural ups and downs of recovery.

  • Curriculum takes approximately 8 months to complete
  • Content cycles continuously throughout the year
  • Join at any time
  • Stay as long as you need

Because the content runs continuously throughout the year, you’re free to move at your own pace and revisit material as needed. Many women choose to stay beyond their first cycle, recognizing the value of both the continued community support and deeper understanding of the information.

What to Expect

  • Small, intimate groups (3–6 members)

          Each meeting includes:

  • Time for connection and mutual support
  • Education and discussion based around 8 core topics

Core Topics Include

  • Defining our story
  • Self-care and stabilization
  • Boundaries
  • Disclosure and truth
  • Addiction education
  • The impact of trauma
  • Rebuilding self-trust
  • Forgiveness and integration

Monthly Application Materials

In addition to weekly meetings, you’ll receive a monthly packet of coordinating resources, including:

  • Articles
  • Podcasts
  • Videos
