Betrayal Trauma Coaching for Individuals & Groups (Men's & Women's Groups)
After betrayal, we can feel at a loss for how to start moving forward. It is helpful to have someone guide you through a clear path towards healing. In this coaching course, Sharree (PLMFT, APSATS CCPS) does just that.
This education course is for adults (18+) experiencing trauma due to a partner's affairs, compulsive pornography use, sex addiction or other problematic sexual behaviors. This course is available in both group and individual formats, and there are options for both men's and women's groups (groups are gender specific).
While the details of your story are unique, the underlying pain of betrayal is a place where we connect. It is in this place that we need to feel, and offer, support to one another. So, regardless of how recent or long ago the betrayal occurred, whether you are still in the relationship, have left the relationship, or have moved into a new relationship, you belong here! We all need healing.
This course is for YOU.
The program is designed for long-term support, allowing you time to integrate the information and find support through the natural ups and downs that come with healing and betrayal. The full course is designed to take approximately
8 months to complete. And we are with you every step of the way.
Group Format:
We meet for 50 minutes each week (virtual).
Meetings provide time to connect and support one another, and about half of the meeting is spent reviewing and discussing educational content. Weekly meetings will loop through supporting content perpetually, which allows you to take your time, and to stay with the program and group as long as it is beneficial for you!
Group size: 3-6 members
Meetings:
Women's Spring Group meets Tuesdays at 11 am (CT)
Women's Fall Group meets Thursdays at 12 pm (CT)
Men's Group meets Mondays at 7 pm (CT)
*If needed, additional groups may be created.
Individual Format:
We meet you where you are at. If you are not quite ready to join a group - start here. Meet with Sharree virtually for 40-50 minutes weekly. We cover the same content as the group, and when you feel ready, we can make the transition to the group support.
Personal Application Materials:
In addition to the weekly individual or group meetings, you receive a monthly packet of structured daily resources (readings, videos, and journal prompts) to enhance group discussion and increase personal growth and healing for each step of the journey. This work is completed at your own pace.
Fees:
Group: $200 per month* (roughly $50/session)
Individual: $300 per month* (roughly $75/session)
Self-Study: $150 per month for application materials only. A new packet will be emailed out each month. This option does not include any coaching or group support.

Healing Trauma from Sexual Betrayal Education & Support Group (Women's Group)
As a way to give back to the community, Sharree (PLMFT, APSATS CCPS) facilitates this free* 11-week education and support group.
This education group is for adult women (18+) experiencing trauma due to a partner's emotional/physical affair, sexual betrayal or addiction, pornography use, or other unwanted sexual behaviors.
The group is held two times a year with start dates in January and September. Groups are limited to 10 participants.
Together, we use Dr. Kevin Skinner's book, Healing Trauma from Sexual Betrayal coupled with personal homework assignments and a safe community to create an environment where you may learn and begin practicing skills to restore feelings of safety, empowerment, and yes - even joy - in your life and relationships.

What to expect:
- Weekly meetings will expand concepts in the book and provide opportunities to review and discuss educational content.
- Weekly homework assignments to help facilitate discussion, understanding, and personal growth.
- Opportunities to share some of your story with others, both providing and receiving support.
*There is no cost to attend the group, but participants need access to a copy of Healing Trauma from Sexual Betrayal, by Dr. Kevin Skinner ($18 on Amazon; Audiobook is also available).
